Terms of Service — Ludigram

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ludigram ("we", "us", "our"), a mobile and web creator platform for instant, AI-assisted games. By accessing, downloading, or using Ludigram, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ludigram. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

Share your login credentials or allow third parties to access your account.
Impersonate another individual, creator, or entity.
Create automated accounts or bots to artificially inflate play counts, likes, or rankings.
Attempt to circumvent any rate-limiting, security sandbox, or access restriction measures.

4. Community Standards & Prohibited Content

Ludigram is an all-ages friendly ecosystem designed for joy, creativity, and safe social discovery. You agree that any game, script, asset, prompt, or comment you publish will NOT contain:

Sexually explicit, pornographic, or vulgar content.
Excessive graphic gore, violence, or self-harm depictions.
Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or defamation targeting protected groups.
Real-money gambling, unauthorized monetary checkout systems, or unapproved advertising networks.
Malicious code, spyware, sandbox-escape scripts, or unauthorized network calls to external APIs.
Unauthorized access or requests for device hardware (such as camera, microphone, or Bluetooth) outside permitted platform APIs.

5. Creator Content & Ludigram Studio Remix Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of original games, assets, and code you author outside the generator and upload to Ludigram. By publishing on Ludigram, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, stream, display, and promote your games across our mobile and web platforms.

Ludigram Studio & Remixes: When you generate a game using Ludigram Studio's generative tools or fork an existing community game, you grant the Ludigram community a non-exclusive license to play, remix, and share derived versions within the Ludigram ecosystem.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

You must own or hold the necessary rights to any intellectual property (music, art, code, trademarks) you incorporate into your published games. Ludigram respects copyright law and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that any material on Ludigram infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@ludigram.app with:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
The specific Ludigram URL or game title identifying the allegedly infringing material.
Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or revoke access to Ludigram at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

Ludigram is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because games on Ludigram are generated and published by creators, we do not warrant that all games will run error-free on every device or network condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ludigram, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the service.
